How to make Egg sauce.

One of the few foods that should be considered “superfoods” is eggs.They’re chock-full of nutrients, some of which are hard to come by in today’s diet.


3 ovaries

4 tomatoes (medium)


1 onion


1 tablespoon salt and pepper

Vegetable Oil


For about one minute, heat your nonstick frying pan with two spoonful of cooking oil (vegetable or olive oil).

Tomatoes, onions, and peppers should be sliced and sautéed for 10 minutes. Otherwise, you’ll end up with scorched tomatoes.

Add salt and the stock cube to taste once the tomatoes and pepper have been sufficiently cooked.

In a separate plate, whisk the eggs with a touch of salt.

Place the beaten eggs on top of the cooking tomato, onion, and pepper. Allow a minute before sautéing.

As you fried the eggs, break them up into crumbs.

Remove the eggs from the flame once they have sufficiently cooked.

Serve with rice or spaghetti and boiled or fried yam.
