How to make Banana nut shake

A banana nut shake is a delicious way to satisfy a sweet taste.This meal not only satisfies a need, but it also has good nutritional value.

Ingredients

1 banana finger

1 scoop whey protein (chocolate)

1 table spoon peanut butter

a tumbler of yoghurt or milk

Method

If the ingredients aren’t frozen or chilled, blend them with three or five ice cubes. It should take between three and five minutes to blend.
