World-class athletes like Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, and Sir Lewis Hamilton appeared out
of nowhere; they were nurtured. It is taught in high schools and colleges across the United
States. McLaren Racing is aware of this. And, by all accounts, Arsenal FC is aware of it, as
evidenced by the fact that they scouted a 4-year-old footballer Zayn Ali Salman while he was
still in preschool (the youngest-ever recruit to the Arsenal pre-academy).
The 4-year-old footballer, Zayn Ali Salman was only four years old when he piqued the interest of one of London’s most
powerful football clubs, Arsenal.
He is the Arsenal pre-youngest-ever academy’s recruit after his skills saw him run rings around
players twice his age (seven, eight, and nine).
“We placed him in his age group with the four, five, and six-year-olds, and he was already head
and shoulders above everyone,” elaborates Austin Schofield, Salman’s football coach at First
Touch Football Academy.
