Some people who are thought to be Josephine Panyin Mensah’s neighbors have cursed the police and Regional Minister Kwabena Okyere Darko for implying that she was never pregnant.
The family of the purported pregnant woman, who went missing approximately two weeks ago and was discovered, is yet to come to terms with police investigations indicating that she was never pregnant.
Residents in Columbia, a suburb of Takoradi, have been shocked by the incident, with several claiming to have seen the alleged victim, who is now a suspect, with a baby bump before she vanished.
This month, Josephine Panyin Mensah was reported to be nine months pregnant, but a medical investigation by doctors at the Axim Government Hospital determined that the missing woman “was never pregnant during the period under consideration.”
This backed up the statement made by Western Regional Minister Hon. Darko Mensah to the media after the woman was discovered.
The news has enraged Josephine’s family and friends, who believe the authorities are accusing her of fabricating her kidnapping and pregnancy.
A man is shown with an egg and Schnapp, conjuring spirits to deal with the investigating officers and the Regional Minister, who are both dismissing their accusations.
