A Quote Before Bedtime….

One of the saddest things in life, is the things one remembers.

— Agatha Christie

In life, it’s with no doubt that all past experiences especially the unpleasant ones makes us sad and depressed.

Therefore we need to look forward to what is ahead of us being it our goals, aims and aspirations.

Wherever you are now, whatever you are now and whatever you find yourself doing now is what you must focus on. Learn from your past experiences to better your future, not remembering the bitter past and letting it subdue you.

Thank you.
