Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement in principle for the acquisition of forward Jadon Sancho.
The payment mechanism has already been finalized in a contract worth around £73 million, with personal terms previously agreed upon.
Dortmund’s initial asking price was in excess of £85 million, and the transaction is also £35 million less than the £108 million appraisal from last summer.
Sancho will join the team after England’s participation at the Euros, pending the completion of a medical.
