Why Zero Sugar Drinks Are Still Bad For Your Health

Recent times have seen a lot of zero sugar beverages in the system. People prefer these to other drinks because of the no sugar. It is realized that zero sugar drinks are still sweet. This is because artificial sweeteners like aspartame are used.

Is zero sugar healthy for you?

Although the Food and Drugs Authority recognizes it as safe, this can be bad for your health. Limit the intake of zero sugar beverages since it has negative health effects. It’s advisable to rinse your mouth after taking coke zero since the phosphoric acid in it can cause dental problems.
High intake of the chemicals in coke zero can lead to;
Weak bones
Liver related issues
Obesity, etc

Do enjoy it but limit your intake.
A fruit juice won’t be a bad option.

They will taste very good, but packaged foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you consume more just to have enough strength to get over the day.
