Paulo Fonseca, the departing Roma coach, says he always gave his all for the club.
Fonseca will resign at the end of the season, and will be replaced by Jose Mourinho, it was revealed on Tuesday.”We’ve had ups and downs in the last two years,” the coach said on the club’s official website.
“However, I have always given my all for this club and for this city, which has been extremely welcoming to me.“ I’d like to thank all Roma fans, the people who work with us at Trigoria,
the players, and everyone who has helped us along the way, particularly Dan and Ryan Friedkin for their unwavering support since they arrived, and Tiago Pinto, a consummate professional to whom I wish the best of luck in your future with this club.
“We still have a lot of crucial games to win this season, and we’ll do all we can to win them. Thank you so much, Roma.”
