0. Wake up early
Waking up early is difficult for some people but when you try it for some time, you’ll notice it’s very fruitful. Waking up early for at least an hour ahead of your usual waking up time will give you a head-stat for your day. Remember when you fail to plan you plan to fail.
0. Make your bed
Mad simple as it looks, making your bed seems to be the simplest thing to do. This means when you’re able to do that it means you will be able to accomplish any other task and more so difficult ones.
Meditation is simply having time with your inner self reflecting on what to do or what not to do. It has proven to be effective in putting a check on that annoying and incessant mind chatter. And don’t forget your mood in the morning sets the mood for your day. Hence you need to have a quiet time and reorganize yourself.
Making affirmation is very good. You tell yourself positive things. Tell yourself things that will help you. When you wake up every day with regrets, or you wake up feeling unloveable or you tell yourself that your work is tiring, that’s all you will get. Negative energy is bad for you.
0. Be grateful
Yeah, I know you’re grateful but you need to be a little more grateful and you have to show it. If you find it difficult to be grateful you can practice the Zen Buddhist “Thank you for everything, I have no complaints whatsoever “*
