Monday, May third Declared Public Holiday

Saturday, first May 2021 imprints May Day, a day put away to praise laborers across the world.

May Day is regularly seen as a legal public occasion. Nonetheless, considering the way that the day falls on a Saturday, Monday, third May 2021 has been pronounced an ‘extra open occasion’.

“His Excellency, the President of the Republic of Ghana has by Executive Instrument (E.I), as per segment 2 of the Public Holidays and Commemorative Days Act, (Act 601) proclaimed Monday, third May 2021 as an extra Public Holiday and ought to be seen as such all through the country” an assertion endorsed by the Minister of Interior, Ambrose Dery showed.
