The four main blood groups are distinguished from one another by their antigens, according to Western medical science. Antigens, which are located on the surface of red blood cells, play a role in determining how powerful our immune system is. For decades, health education researchers have made a link between personal health habits and blood types because of the connection to immunology.

Blood group A: Mosquitoes are less attracted to you than they are to those of other blood types but when compared to types O and B, you have a 20% higher chance of developing stomach cancer, 5% high risk of heart disease.

Blood group AB: The universal plasma donor is Type AB+ but as compared to type O, there is a 23% higher chance of heart disease. Preeclampsia is a condition that may affect pregnant women.

Blood group O: Anyone with type O can donate red blood cells to anyone. Pancreatic cancer risk is reduced. Malaria is less likely to kill you but ulcers are more likely to develop. An Achilles tendon rupture is more likely. Mosquitoes are drawn to you in large numbers.
