Emmanuel Kofi Botchwey, known by his stage name Kwaw Kese and popularly called Abodam, is a Ghanaian hiplife artist.

Kwaw Kese is well known for his hit album Abodam 2007, for which he won five awards at the 2008 edition of the Ghana Music Awards.

In a twitter post spotted by Abiggy Blynqz on Kwaw Kese’s twitter page asking #JoyNews and #JoyEntertainment

This is because of the statement the Information Minister, Kwadwo Oppong Nkrumah made;

Mr Nkrumah said “It was free to the people of Ghana at the time.”

According to him, the decision was last year because the pandemic was a looming crisis and the government had to improvise for the country’s well-being.

“When we say free electricity it doesn’t mean that the IPP producer is also going to say because the President has said free electricity I won’t charge for it.”

Looking at this statement made, the artist asked on his twitter page.
