6.1 small lemon.

7. 1 medium apple.

8. 2 ml Livatrex drops(Liver cleansing herbs). Check from your Pharmacist.

9. 2 medium cucumbers (optional). 10. stevia to taste (optional).

11. 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional).

Instructions

1.Peel the ginger, beetroot and lemon.

2. Run the celery, spinach, carrots, beetroot, cucumbers, lemon, ginger, and apple through a juicer.

3. Mix and taste. You can add a few drops of stevia to add sweetness (optional), or add another apple to the recipe.

4. If you like cinnamon flavor, you may add a dash of cinnamon. This works very well in this juice recipe.

5. Add 2 ml Livatrex.

6. Serve and drink immediately.
