- NOT GETTING INADEQUATE SLEEP.
when you don’t get insufficient sleep your brain doesn’t get the chance to rest and this can lead to early memory loss. lack of sleep can also slow down your thinking, decision making and also affect your learning. Research has shown that not getting in adequate sleep can decrease the size of your brain.
- TAKING A LOT OF SUGARY
eating too much of sugar can also be a big problem. the consuming of amount of sugar is associated with many health issues. This can lead to malnutrition, obesity and diabetes. This results in slowing down brain development because the brain is not getting the required nutrient.
- EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC
knowing how to look after your most important organ is vital. If you are constantly listening to music in a very loud volume with your headphones you should stop doing this. It is gradually harming your brain to be dull and also loose certian brain tissues. When you are listening to music your volume must be at least 50%. Else you will gradually decrease your productivity, worsen your health and even damage the brain.
