A Kaneshie District Court in Accra has taken steps to release the author of the International God’s Way Church (IGWC) Bishop Daniel Obinim and one other individual if the police neglect to start the arraignment of the two at the following court hearing.
This comes after the indictment drove by investigator Sergent Richard Amoah had told the court managed by Rosemond Agyiri that they couldn’t continue because of certain difficulties they experienced during examinations concerning the matter.
Daniel Obinim is under the watchful eye of the court with others over claims of fraud of police archives and distribution of bogus news.
Showing up under the watchful eye of court yesterday, the prosecutor expressed that they were having difficulties with the examinations which was causing some postponement in the indictment.
This update didn’t forecast well with the directing justice of the court and asked from the investigator whether it was judicious to put the denounced people under the steady gaze of the court when they had not finished examinations.
Direction for the charged people, Dela Blagogee Esq. of Blacksword and Co. who was with Akua Boadiwaa Boateng and Kwabena Sarfo Adjei showed up enthused by the choice and demonstrated that the court had “lifted the spirits of advice and charged people.”
The case has anyway been suspended to April 4, 2021, for the indictment to get all records and proof to proceed with the case.
