The Supreme Court will today give its decision on whether Madam Jean Mensa will be questioned.
The issue of the EC seat mounting the observer box has become an effective one particularly between the two primary ideological groups in the country: the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The NDC says if “in reality the EC administrator has nothing to cover up, she ought to mount the observer box”.
The NPP, then again, demands Madam Jean Mensa can’t be constrained into the observer box and that the weight of verification lies on the shoulders of the solicitor, previous President John Mahama, and his legitimate group.
Kojo Danquah an individual from the Communication group of the NDC gave his perspectives on the matter in the video underneath while talking on Neat FM.
