Don’t lecture us, answer my questions – Akoto Ampaw to Asiedu Nketia

Lead Counsel for the second Respondent in the 2020 Presidential Election Petition, Lawyer Akoto Ampaw, requested during interrogation that observer for the candidate, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, addressed his inquiries without verbose clarifications.

In the assessment of the Lawyer Akoto Ampaw, the observer’s clarifications to a portion of the inquiries added up to an endeavoring to address the court, as opposed to responding to the inquiries he was being posed in the observer box.

The main observer of the applicant was defied in court Monday with video proof of some NDC public interviews where he apparently announced the solicitor a champ of the official decisions.

Mr. Nketia conceded that he was in fact the one in the video and that “those are my words” however denied announcing John Mahama victor in the tapes played.

As indicated by him, he just communicated his assumptions that John Mahama would win the official decisions on the substance of the data accessible to him at that point.

Mr. Nketia endeavored to clarify how he showed up at his ‘assumption’.

“My Lords grant me, in all the 7 parliamentary and official races that have been held in this country before this one the official competitor and the ideological group which wins and controls parliament winds up winning the administration so I”

While at it, Mr. Ampaw contributed, requesting that he addresses the inquiries being posed.

“Mr. Asiedu Nketia, don’t address us, answer the inquiries, you can’t address us,” he said.
