Kofi Oduru, a Ghanaian pastor, has called President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo a hypocrite while commenting on the escalation of Coronavirus infections in the country.
Pastor Oduro has stated that the President deserves every blame for the spikes in Coronavirus cases in the country lately considering the fact that political parties were not prohibited from holding rallies as a measure to combat the spread of the virus during the election.
Mr. Kofi Oduru is of the view that rallies held by political parties have contributed to the failure of political leaders to enforce strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols which resulted in the increase in infection cases.
Pastor Oduro, while preaching in his church, Alabaster Ministries International has boldly said Ghanaians should hold President Akuffo Addo responsible for the rise in the Covid infection cases and also blame all political leaders who made Ghanaians infect each other during the elections just because they wanted to satisfy their own selfish political gains.
“Our President should be blamed for the spikes in the Coronavirus cases. He allowed people to go for campaigns without wearing masks and he is today complaining about the increase in Covid cases. That is hypocrisy and God will judge him,” he said.
