  1. U have to improve on the payment system because it is very disappointing to apply for withdrawal of profit and wait endlessly to be paid. Your payment system in Nigeria is very poor. Also let members access the product they have purchased. For instance I joined since July 2020 and up till now I have not received my registration or trading products. It’s really sad and doesn’t tell well of the company

  2. The major aspect we need improvement on is the payment system is the payment system is fine with then the sky will be the limit for CHYMALL
    Also the aspect of failed withdrawal the mode of response to member when they apply for withdrawal and not been paid as at when due members will lay complain with customer service, though we are well aware they are not the one to resolve it their work is to pass the complain to the respective department for resolution
    But when customer service is responding after some days to the complain the only response will be be patient u will be paid no clear explanation as to what went wrong and action taken
    Wether error is from company or Marchant payment
    Please their should always be clear response to keep members mind at ease to avoid discouragement
