The supposed impeached President of the Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana has dragged the Association, TTAG to the High Court over the Association’s decision to impeach him as the sitting president.
This comes after the Association, in a standing emergency Congress held at Berekum College of Education by a cross section of the Association’s leadership, took a decision to impeach its President over several charges without hearing.
The applicant, Mr. Appiah Augustine and his judicial counsel is seeking for a judicial review of orders in the nature of certiorari and prohibition under order 55 of C.I 47.
This judicial exercise is intended to come off on December 2 at the High Court of Justice in Kumasi, Ashanti region.
