Ghana’s general election takes place on 7th December, 2020. We have less than 3 weeks to the election and all political parties who are involved are really preparing for the final day.
There have been some celebrities who have come out publicly to endorse political parties of their choice and they have been criticized for doing so.
Celebrities such as Praye, Agya Koo, daddy lumba, samini and many others have all endorsed the New Patriotic Party (NPP). And also Celebrities such as Rex Omar, Tracy Boakye, Bridget Ottoo are also in support of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)
Sarkodie released a song titled ‘happy day’ which he described it as an inspirational song but the lyrics of the song really admit to the fact that he has endorsed the NPP and it got people concluding that he’s endorsed the NPP
People where looking forward to hearing from the other 2 big ‘S’ (Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy) in the music industry to know the political party they wish to endorse.
Here comes a post on Shatta Wale’s page on Facebook which has got people talking and some wondering if he has joined the likes of samini to endorse the NPP

But the truth of the matter is that Shatta Wale is a brand ambassador for Exim bank which is a bank owned by the state so obviously he would have to advertise anything funded by the Exim bank and the Juaben Oil Mill is one of the companies which is funded by the Exim bank and it’s also under the 1D1F projects
