I Will Buy Paul Pogba At £53 Million For Kotoko If They Want Him – Chairman Wontumi

Ghana Premier League, the biggest football league in the country is expected to on Friday the 13th of November, 2020 for a fresh season.

This follows an official announcement from the President, Nana Akufo-Addo that football and other forms of contact sports can resume in the country. He made this known during his latest update on the measures taken to curb the spread of the deadly COVID-19.

To that effect, all clubs in the country are lacing their boots to get in shape in terms of technical and other aspects to come on top this season.

Within the past few weeks, some clubs including Kumasi Asante Kotoko have made historic signings with the 28-year-old Fabio Dos Santos Gama from Brazil on a free transfer and Legon Cities signing of Ghana’s All time top scorer, Asamoah Gyan.

Meanwhile, news coming in today the 6th of November, 2020 points out that NPP’s Ashanti Regional Chairman has said he is willing help the Porcupine Warriors buy Manchester United’s Paul Pogba for the £53 million fee if the club is willing to get him to play for them.

It is no news that Chairman Wontumi is rich but do you think he will be able to pay for the player should he agree to come and play for Kotoko?
