Can He Also Become The President Of Ghana 2024: Opinion.

As the New Patriotic Party (NPP) selected some outstanding Parliamentary Candidates for the 2020 elections without primaries, it will be a great advantage for the party to automatically endorse Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia without primaries or other contestants for the position of Flag bear.
In the just ended NPP Primaries, forty two (42) Members of Parliament of the party went unopposed because of their hard work and huge contributions to the affairs of this administration.

Some of these Parliamentarians are Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu (Majority Leader), Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah (Information Minister), Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh (Education Minister), Ursula Owusu-Ekuful (Communication Minister) among other outstanding hard working Members of Parliament.

Dr. Bawumia was also selected by the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the fourth time since 2008 because Nana Addo knows that his Vice is a hard working Vice President who can work hard to support his administration to perform better.

Most Vice President since Ghana’s Fourth Republic have also successfully succeeded their master and perform better except for those who meet their untimely death.
Vice President John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills succeeded Ex President Jerry John Rawlings before meeting his untimely death on July 24th, 2012.
Vice President Alhaji Aliu Mahama was not able to do much after his master President John Agyekum Kufuor because he met his untimely death on 16th November, 2012.

Ex President John Dramani Mahama successful succeeded his master, Late Professor John Evans Fiifi Atta after his death and defeated Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in the 2012 elections.
Vice President Alhaji Dr. Bawumia can even do better in the 2024 elections based on the following analysis:
It is easy to market and campaign for a Vice President than a new personality who have not been in such high office before. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has this advantage because Ghanaians already knows him and are aware what he can do.
Ghanaians already knows his contributions to the winning team of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. His contributions to the digitization, Free SHS, NABCO among others are all recorded for people see.
Also Bawumia had already done the ground works through his tour to the regions across the country. And the various placards written for him even shows that the NDC is afraid of the Vice President. Why because they know he is a hardworking Vice President and can equally match John Dramani Mahama.
Again, Dr. Bawumia also have a lovely and hardworking wife who understands politics. As most Ghanaians are aware, she is also visiting regions across the country to campaign for the NPP. And the kind of supporters and fans pull by the Second Lady is above imagination.
Some Ghanaians even argued that Samira Bawumia and Mahamudu Bawumia are the best working vice to a President since Ghana’s Fourth Republic and they will win the 2024 elections one touch.
