The Cameroon legend was discontented after the France Football recognized him as a right winger instead of a striker.
Samuel Eto’o has shared his view after the France Football featured him as a right-winger in the Ballon d’Or dream team.
Samuel Eto’o played for teams like Inter Milan, Barcelona, Chelsea and Mallorca and has established himself as the all time goal scorer at the national side and the third most capped player with 56 goals in 118 caps.
Eto’o scored 300+ goals in 764 club appearances, most of his goals were as a result of him playing as a number nine. He was identified as one of the best strikers in the history of football.
The striker felt disrespected after the France Football published his name as a right-winger in their Ballon d’Or dream team.
“Thank you, but I played 1-2 seasons on the right (yet I have 25 years of career as a center forward),” Eto’o replied via a tweet.
“The lack of respect. @francefootball WHATEVER!”
