David Josué Jimenez Silva Joins Spanish Club On A Two-Year Deal

David Josué Jimenez Silva joins Real Sociedad on a two year contract.
The 2010 world cup winner,David Silva has joined Real Sociedad on a two-season contract which will end in 2022.

The Spaniard’s 10-year run at Manchester city came to an end after their lost champions league game against Olympique Lyon.In total,Silva appeared in 436 of Manchester city’s matches winning 14 trophies after he signed a contract with them from Valencia in summer 2010.Lazio as per reports offered to sign him on a 3-year deal but negotiations came to null.He joined Real Sociedad on a free transfer.

Real Sociedad finished sixth in La liga in the previous season.They were in search of a new playmaker since Martin Odegaard left them after the end of the season following the end of his one year loan spell from Real Madrid.

Silva holds a record of most appearances in Manchester city playing 70 champions league matches,57 domestic cup matches and 309 premier league matches.He scored 60 goals in Manchester City and was instrumental in the victory of the Spanish national team of the world cup 2010 in South Africa.
