SUDDEN LEAVE

Crying Black Man

Eyes tearing the pain of the heart
Times are past when I thought our love could last
As time goes by
Words no one could deny
Leaves us now with a WHY!
This same WHY left me to cry
In the bosom of your sigh

Pacts we made
Emotions plaid
Plans we laid
Prizes we paid
Gave us not enough shade
Our love now left slanting down to fade

Words touched with honey and baked
Tactfully craved and faked

My teary eyes to the skies
Mistakes might have shrouded my path like flies
My tongue might have been full of lies
But I swore never to break your heart
Yet to mine, you did just the opposite of that!
